TYLER, Texas (KLTV) - Four people have been arrested by Texas Department of Public Safety troopers after grooming and sexually assaulting a minor, according to court records.

Lamarcus Carlton Hambrick, 31, of Tyler, was held Tuesday on an unknown bond for five counts charging him with sexual assault of a child, online solicitation of a minor and child grooming, according to jail records.

Laban Tate Lewis, 26, of Tyler, was held Tuesday on a bond totaling $100,000 for a charge of child grooming, according to jail records.

Michael Deshawn Allen, 20, of Tyler, was held on a bond totaling $250,000 for a charge of sexual assault of a child, according to jail records.

Alannis Skye Loving, 19, of Tyler, was held Tuesday on a bond totaling $50,000 for a charge of sexual assault of a child, according to jail records.

In September 2025, Hambrick was arrested by a state trooper after he was seen leaving a Tyler motel with a 15-year-old girl, according to an affidavit.

He admitted to having a “consensual encounter” with the minor during an interview at the Smith County Jail and said he met the girl through Loving on Snapchat, according to an affidavit.

During a forensic interview at the Children’s Advocacy Center of Smith County, the minor revealed she had also been sexually assaulted by Allen and Lewis, according to an affidavit.

Troopers arrested Hambrick Friday and arrested Loving, Allen and Lewis on Monday, according to jail records.

All four individuals have not been released as of Tuesday, according to jail records.
